We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
 
To be eligible for a return:
•Items must be unused and in their original condition
•Products must be returned in their original packaging
•Proof of purchase (order number) is required
 
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, burned, or altered.

Return Shipping
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

2.Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
 
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
